About Zelshu Tutor

Zelshu Tutor was built on a simple belief: every child learns best when someone teaches them— not a classroom of thirty. That's why every one of our classes is live, one-on-one, and shaped around the student sitting in it.

Our tutors are experienced, carefully selected mentors who teach everything from first numbers and reading to Calculus, Chemistry, and SAT preparation. And because language is identity, we're proud to teach Amharic, Oromiffa, and Tigrigna — keeping children connected to their heritage while they excel in school.

Classes run on ZelshuHub, our own classroom platform built specifically for one-on-one teaching: live video with a shared whiteboard, homework with teacher feedback, session recordings, and real attendance tracking. Parents see everything — schedules, homework, and progress — from their own dashboard.

We keep pricing honest and affordable, starting at $15 an hour, with no contracts. Families pay monthly for exactly the sessions they choose.
